I made up a batch of these yesterday and can only assume that they’re good based on the fact that the recipe makes about 2 dozen and there are only three left.
They’re full of fat and protein, two things every growing premmie needs for that magical, mystical catch up growth.
Ingredients
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup peanut butter (a generous half cup)
1 egg
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
